Franchise Immersion Training – FIT™
You’ll never feel that you’re on your own when you’re a Stay At Home franchise owner. Stay At Home provides five days of Franchise Immersion Training (FIT). During the session, we cover all aspects of the operation of your franchise. Our training is conducted by subject matter experts across a wide body of disciplines including:

These are five days of fun-filled, in-depth training in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. During the training, we conduct a light-hearted, interactive senior sensitivity course which you will find to be an eye-opening experience. All of our sessions are patterned after the best adult education practices and include the use of tools such as adult learning maps, flowcharts, and role playing.
